Covid-19 update for tenants

In light of the recent developments around Covid-19, we wanted to keep you informed of the steps we are taking to protect both our community and our team.

We are continuing business as usual as much as possible but we are keeping a close eye on Government guidance. All of our staff have undertaken remote training on the Coronavirus Bill and are aware of its impact on the work that we do. At the moment all staff are working from home. We have robust cloud-based IT and phone systems that allow for this with minimum interruption. 

We have a team of contractors who are continuing to carry out maintenance work in our managed properties. At this time we can only carry out essential repairs in your home. You will be advised at the time of reporting your repair whether it is considered essential or non-essential. Any non-essential repairs will be logged and remedial works carried out when safe to do so. If any of our contractors do develop symptoms and/or need to self-isolate you may experience delays in works being carried out. Please be patient and know that we will be working in your best interests at all times.

At this time we will not be carrying out any non-essential inspections of properties so as to protect our members of staff as well as the most vulnerable of our tenants.

If you are self-isolating already, are in one of the vulnerable groups recommended to self-isolate or develop symptoms that mean your household needs to self-isolate in the coming weeks then please let us know so that we can pop a note on our system.
