This statement aims to be transparent about the personal information we collect on our website’s visitors and the ways we use it. When you submit a query via our website’s contact form, email, call or write to our office we store the personal information you provide, e.g. your name, email address, phone number, your business or organisation name, message and how you heard about us, in order to provide a helpful response to you. Our lawful basis in this instance is “contract”. This information is retained while we are in communication with you and for no longer than five years after our contact ends. If you would like us to remove your details from our records sooner, please let us know and we will be happy to do so within 28 days.

If you opt in to receive our newsletter when submitting a query, you consent to us sending you messages about Ethical Lettings from time to time giving us a lawful basis for communicating with you. You have the right to have your details removed from our mailing list and you can do this yourself by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in the footer of our messages when you receive them. The unsubscribe process is automatic and therefore actioned immediately when you confirm your options. Your details are then permanently removed from our records.
