At the 2024 Housing Awards at Manchester Centre in June, Ethical Lettings’ founder, Georgina Rangecroft (nee Summerfield) received Charity Woman in Housing of the Year. In giving her this award, Inside Housing said: “Georgina has created an innovative approach to letting that has supported residents to a better sustainable life. An inspirational leader who took a personal risk to establish an impactful holistic service which supports people to sustain their tenancy and develop the skills they need to help them have a better quality of life. Her dedication and ethics show not only in the service offered, but also in her approach as a business leader and employer.”

Regional Agency of the Year for South East England (2022)
Ethical Lettings was named Regional Agency of the Year for the South East at The Negotiator Awards 2022 on 25th November 2022. The team were presented their award by the TV presenter, actor and comedian Stephen Mangan at a gala dinner hosted at The Grosvenor on Park Lane. Over 1,000 property professionals from across the UK attended the event.
On receiving the award, Georgina Rangecroft, Founding Director of Ethical Lettings, said “It is an absolute honour for all our hard work to be recognised by this award. My heartfelt thanks goes to every member of our dedicated team, who believe in our cause and come to work each day to make a difference to our tenants and provide an excellent service to our landlords.”
The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers, and the residential property industry. It has been established for 14 years and has become, through an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with. The event continues to grow from strength to strength each year, with over 260 businesses represented in the 2022 shortlist.
