At Ethical Lettings we charge no fees to landlords because we are funded by the local authorities with whom we work. The guaranteed rent agreed with you is the monthly rent you receive.

No set-up fees

You will pay no fees to switch to Ethical Lettings. Contracts, compliance and inventory services are all provided free of charge.

No fees for arranging repairs

If your property requires any repairs while it is under our management, we will agree these costs with you before the work is carried out and deduct the contractor’s invoice from your monthly guaranteed rent. Some letting agents add a percentage to contractor invoices but we do not charge any arrangement fees for repairs.

No fees for guaranteed rent or rent insurance

Our arrangement with local authorities enables us to guarantee rent payments to landlords without adding fees or costly rent insurance.
